Last month, a whole soccer team of twelve boys along with their coach went missing. A few days later they were discovered trapped in a cave that was flooded with rains. Not only does the cave have extremely narrow passages, but most of the team is unable to swim. Oxygen was running pretty low in there too.

Elon Musk even sent a team of SpaceX and Boring Company engineers to Thailand.
It will help in rescue operations that are trying to get out the twelve boys and their soccer coach safely out of the cave they are trapped in. Helping in this operation is not a huge deal for Elon Musk. Several of his companies manufacture things that can potentially help in the rescue operations. Like the radar location from Boring Company and SpaceX as well as drills, pumps and power from Tesla Powerwall. All of these can significantly contribute to helping out the boys and their coach from the cave.
The Thai government recently updated the audience on Facebook that Elon Musk’s team was coming to Thailand to assist in the operations. The CEO at Tesla and SpaceX were happy to offer assistance, and were already pitching in ideas for possible strategies. He further believed that his engineers would get a better idea of the whole situation once they reviewed it in person. Elon Musk himself suggested a possible way out on Twitter saying,
Maybe worth trying: insert a 1m diameter nylon tube (or shorter set of tubes for most difficult sections) through cave network & inflate with air like a bouncy castle. Should create an air tunnel underwater against cave roof & auto-conform to odd shapes like the 70cm hole.
Thankfully, the soccer team and their coach trapped into the cave in Thailand had been finally rescued.
The flooded cave operations lasted for 18 days and received world-wide attention. Sadly, the life of an experienced volunteer diver was lost during it.
Last weekend, safety teams successfully brought out 8 boys. Following this, by Tuesday all boys along with their coach were rescued. Thailand’s Navy SEALS played the most vital roles in these rescue operations. Although, international assistance was offered as well. Elon Musk even sent his experienced company engineers to help in Thai Cave Rescue operations.
The Navy SEALS page update on Facebook announced the successful completion of the mission. It said,
We are not sure if this is a miracle, a science, or what. All the thirteen Wild Boars are now out of the cave. Everyone is safe.
Everybody and not just from Thailand, was waiting desperately for the arrival of medics and SEALS. And also, the news that they would bring. Cheers erupted from people on the streets, journalists, and local authorities as ambulances carrying the survivors came into the city. People were calling this a ‘miracle’. And surely, it was nothing less than that.
Maiming, who provided food and other basic necessities to the rescue teams expressed her joy saying,
I’m happy for Thais all over the country, for the people of Mae Sai, and actually just everyone in the world because every news channel has presented this story and this is what we have been waiting for.
The rescue operations in itself were dangerous. None of the boys could swim, and undoubtedly it was feared that they would panic. Rumors flew that the boys were tranquilized before the journey out of the cave began. But the Thai Prime Minister himself denied this. However, he did acknowledge that the boys were given drugs to relieve anxiety.
It’s not just people in Thailand who are expressing happiness at the successful completion of the rescue operations.
But people from the country, parents of the survivors, and basically everyone else. Even Donald Trump congratulated the rescue and involved teams on finishing this.
Even though risks of infections are high around the survivors, the thrilled parents have started visiting their children in the hospitals. The conditions of those rescued in the last stages are still not definite, but the eight people rescued first are pronounced as in good health.Thankfully, the entire team and their coach is now out of all life dangers.
